Please contact us at (contact@thakidclothing.com) within 7 days of receiving your order. You must provide a photo of your packing slip, and all items received. In order to successfully receive a refund, you must return your items in its newest condition unused in its original packaging. (We are not responsible for shipping costs associated to a return.)

Your merchandise will not be accepted if it has been worn or used. All returns are inspected when they are received by TKCB. Once your merchandise has been received and approved you will receive a refund.

The buyer is responsible for all associated shipping fees in relation to a return and/or exchange. We reserve the right to reject returns that are not in sellable condition.

We ship using USPS to ship our products. Processing time is 2-3 business days.  Standard Shipping is 5-7 business days after your order is processed. Priority Shipping is 2-3 business days after your order is processed. 

Note: Orders may get delayed by 10-14 business days during high volume times.
