How long does shipping take ?Shipping processing time is 5-7 business days from the date your order was placed. Orders may get delayed by 10-14 business days during high volume times.

What mail carrier do you use to ship orders?We use USPS only.

What happens if my order gets lost?Please contact your local USPS immediately. Usually when an order is marked delivered and the package was not received, the mail carrier may have the package in their possession or at your local USPS. However, once your items are handed over to USPS, we are not responsible for any packages lost or damaged during transit.

What if I would like to purchase a shirt in another size?Currently, we are only offering select sizes from Toddler, Teens, and Adults. Also sign up to our Email subscriptions to stay up to date on new products and sizes monthly!

What if I'm not satisfied with my order?Please contact us at (contact@thakidclothing.com) within 7 days of receiving your order. You must provide a photo of your packing slip, and all items received. In order to successfully receive a refund minus shipping fees, you must return your items in its newest condition unused in its original packaging. (We are not responsible for shipping costs associated to a return.) Your merchandise will not be accepted if it has been worn or used. All returns are inspected when they are received by TKCB. Once your merchandise has been received and approved you will receive a refund. The buyer is responsible for all associated shipping fees in relation to a return and/or exchange. We reserve the right to reject returns that are not in sellable condition.

What if I received the wrong item or size?Please contact us at (contact@thakidclothing.com) within 48 hours of the delivery of your order. Please provide a photo of your packing slip and items received. We will correct the order discrepancy when the requested information is received.

How can I exchange any merchandise?Please contact us at (contact@thakidclothing.com) with your order number within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise and providing the reason for the exchange. We are not responsible for shipping costs associated for returned merchandise of any exchanges. An exchange fee of $5 is required to cover shipment costs. **WE DO NOT ACCEPT BACK WORN MERCHANDISE* Please review size description before completing purchase. The buyer is responsible for all associated shipping fees in relation to a return and/or exchange. We reserve the right to reject returns that are not in sellable condition.

Do you have a physical store?No, TKCB presently does not have a storefront.

Incorrect Mail/Returned MailCustomers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information when an order is placed. THA Kid Clothing Brand is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. Packages returned to THA Kid Clothing Brand may be reshipped at the customer's expense. TKCB is not liable to issue refunds on lost packages.

Order CancellationsOrder cancellations are at THA Kid Clothing Brand sole discretion. Our goal is to ship orders promptly, so it is often not possible to cancel an order once it is processed. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us via email at contact@thakidclothing.com to see if we can change, cancel, or correct the order before it ships.

Coupons and SalesAll sale items are final. Coupons, promotional codes and sales may not be stacked or combined. Coupons or promotional codes will not be applied to existing orders following purchase.
